Description

THYDIN contains Levothyroxine Sodium 12.5 mcg, a synthetic thyroid hormone used to replace or supplement the hormone normally produced by the thyroid gland. It helps regulate metabolism, energy levels, growth, and the normal functioning of the body in patients with thyroid hormone deficiency.

Dosage

Adults and Children:

Take as prescribed by your physician.
Usually taken once daily on an empty stomach, preferably 30 to 60 minutes before breakfast.
Swallow the tablet with a full glass of water.

Missed Dose:

Take the missed dose as soon as you remember.
If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose.
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.
