DESCRIPTION
VILDALUNA Vildagliptin plus Metformin Film Coated Tablet 50 mg / 500 mg is a fixed dose combination oral antidiabetic medication used for the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. Vildagliptin is a dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP 4) inhibitor that enhances incretin hormone activity to increase insulin secretion and reduce glucagon levels, while metformin is a biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity. The combination provides effective and complementary glycemic control.

USES
• Management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
