DOLCETAL Paracetamol + Tramadol Tablet 325mg/37.5mg is a combination analgesic containing paracetamol and tramadol. Together, they offer effective relief for moderate to moderately severe pain.

USES
• Relief of moderate to moderately severe pain
• Management of pain due to:
o Musculoskeletal conditions
o Back pain
o Post operative pain
o Dental pain
o Injury related pain
• When pain is not adequately controlled by simple analgesics alone

DOSAGE
• Adults:
o 1 tablet every 6–8 hours as needed, or as directed by a physician
• Maximum dose: As prescribed by a healthcare professional
Take with or without food. Swallow tablet whole with water.
Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.
