DESCRIPTION
TGP Cilostazol Tablet 50 mg contains cilostazol, a phosphodiesterase III inhibitor with antiplatelet and vasodilating properties. It works by improving blood flow through the blood vessels and inhibiting platelet aggregation, helping to reduce symptoms caused by poor circulation.

USES
• Treatment of intermittent claudication (leg pain due to poor blood circulation)
• Improvement of walking distance in patients with peripheral arterial disease
• Adjunct therapy for certain circulatory disorders, as prescribed

DOSAGE
• Adults: Usually 50–100 mg twice daily, taken at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after meals
• Dose may be adjusted based on patient response and tolerability

PRECAUTIONS
• Contraindicated in patients with heart failure of any severity
• Use with caution in patients with bleeding disorders or severe coronary artery disease
