DESCRIPTION
VYMADA Sacubitril + Valsartan Film Coated Tablet 50 mg is a combination medicine containing sacubitril, a neprilysin inhibitor, and valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). Together, they help relax blood vessels, reduce fluid retention, and improve heart efficiency, thereby reducing the workload on the heart.

USES
• Treatment of chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF)
• Reduction of the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization due to heart failure

DOSAGE
• Dosage should be as prescribed by a physician
• Common starting dose: 50 mg twice daily
• Dose may be gradually increased based on tolerance and clinical response
• Should be taken with or without food
• Tablets should be swallowed whole

PRECAUTIONS
• Contraindicated in patients with a history of angioedema related to ACE inhibitors or ARBs
• Do not use together with ACE inhibitors or within 36 hours of switching
• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment, liver disease, or low blood pressure
• Not recommended during pregnancy; may cause harm to the fetus
• Breastfeeding should be avoided unless advised by a physician
• Monitor blood pressure, kidney function, and potassium levels regularly
