Over 10 years old: 2 teaspoonfuls (10mL) Should not be given during the first trimester of pregnancy. Ambroxol hydrochloride is generally tolerated. Occasional incidence of headache, polyuria, and farigue have been reported. Also, mild gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea may occur.
