VIT-EYE Lutein Softgel Capsule

VIT EYE capsules are available in softgel capsule form. They should be taken at mealtime because lutein is absorbed better when ingested with a small amount of fat, such as olive oil. The recommended dosage is 6 mg to 30 mg daily.

The vit-eye lutein capsules can be used to treat the following:
-Age-related macular degeneration or AMD
-Cataracts

How much and how often should you use the product?
Lutein capsules are taken orally. Consult your doctor on the right dosage or number of capsules you should be taking each day based on your age, overall health, and medical conditions.
It is recommended that you should take one capsule every day. Some AMD trials have used lutein in 10 to 20 mg per day for 3 to 6 months. Again, consult with your doctor for the appropriate dose.
Lutein supplements are best taken with high-fat meals because lutein is a fat-soluble nutrient. Omega-3 rich food like tuna, salmon, eggs, and avocado work well with lutein.
